Eye Examination

 

A full eye examination forms the basis of our clinical decision on each individual patient. The test includes:

  • A personal health history
  • Vision assessment
  • Refractive measurement for distance, near and intermediate vision.
  • Eye muscle co-ordination
  • Anterior eye examination
  • Retinal, optic nerve and blood vessel inspection
  • Glaucoma test
  • Peripheral vision and eye photography (where appropriate)
